Privacy
Atmo collects nothing. That is the whole policy, but here it is in detail, because "we value your privacy" usually means the opposite.
What the app collects
Nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no email field, no profile. The app has no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising identifier and no third-party code that phones home. We could not tell you how many people use Atmo, let alone who they are.
What stays on your device
At present, nothing — the app keeps no settings between launches, so it opens fresh every time. If we later add saved mixes, they will live on the phone only, never leave it, and go away when you delete the app. We will update this page before that ships, not after.
Network requests
Every sound ships inside the app, so playback needs no connection at all. Scene films are the one exception during this early phase — they currently stream, and will be bundled into the app before release so it works fully offline.
What we do not do
- No ads inside the app — not now, not later
- No tracking, fingerprinting or cross-app measurement
- No selling or sharing of data, because there is none to sell
- No push notifications asking you to come back
YouTube
Our channel is where Atmo earns its money, and it runs on Google's platform under Google's rules — so watching a video there is covered by YouTube's own privacy policy, not this one. Nothing links your viewing to your use of the app; there is no identifier connecting them.
Children
Atmo is suitable for any age and collects no data from anyone, so there is nothing to treat differently for children.
Changes
If this ever changes we will say so plainly here, and the change will be visible in the app before it takes effect. We do not intend for it to change.
